On the occasion of the Cannes Lions International Festival for Creativity, Adobe and TikTok announce the unprecedented integration of TikTok's commercial music library into Adobe Express via the Symphony Assistant module.

Adobe Express incorporates features optimized for the new Adobe Firefly Image 3 model and designed for commercial use. Direct access to TikTok's commercial music library from Adobe Express enables marketing and advertising teams to create trending content for TikTok, measure its performance and publish it quickly.

Adobe integrates the full power of TikTok music

Music on TikTok is a key success factor for brands: according to 88% of TikTok users, sound is essential for conveying brand identity and impacting their purchasing decision. Thanks to the new Symphony Assistant add-on, Adobe Express users can now tap into TikTok's commercial music library. More than a million sounds covering a wide variety of styles are offered by up-and-coming and well-known artists. This integration eliminates the usual tedious steps involved in purchasing music licenses, as the music in the TikTok library is pre-approved for commercial use. The platform reports that, last year, millions of businesses of all sizes used TikTok's commercial music library in nearly two billion videos, helping to boost their brand through the impact of music. "Creativity is the very essence of TikTok. It directly impacts content creation, as well as communities," notes Andy Yang, Global Head of Creative Product at TikTok. "We're continually developing creative solutions and investing to help brands deliver creative storytelling that interacts with the TikTok community. We're excited to strengthen our partnership with Adobe, giving brands the tools to add music to their TikTok content on a massive scale."
