TikTok has published a new special ads guide for e-tailers

Since its launch, TikTok has been evolving with e-tailers in mind. And with good reason: Douyin, its Chinese version, has always operated in this way, with impressive results.

According to Research and Market's 2023 report, the Chinese social commerce market is expected to reach $430 billion by the end of 2023, representing 29% of the Chinese e-commerce market and $1.49 trillion.

In France, social commerce, i.e. sales via social network marketplaces, is undergoing a major transformation. And with good reason: almost 40% of GenZers prefer to use TikTok and Instagram rather than Google to find products and product-related information.

With this in mind, TikTok focuses its support on the need to promote products posted on its platform.
